Quick answers
I cannot hear a recording
Check the device volume, Silent Mode, the selected audio output, and whether another app is controlling audio. Stop and restart the exercise. If only one sound fails, include the word pair and displayed voice name in your support request.
What can I purchase?
Listen2Words offers 18 optional individual sound-pair purchases. Each is a separate one-time purchase that unlocks the additional word pairs and mixed tests in its named sound-pair group. One Batch 1 word pair stays free in every group, and there is no bundle purchase.
A sound pair is locked
Make sure the device can reach the App Store. Tap the locked word pair or mixed test — the page moves to the sound pair's unlock card, which offers the matching purchase at the price supplied by the App Store. If you already purchased the sound pair with the current Apple Account, use Restore purchases in Settings.
I need a refund or purchase-history help
Apple processes App Store payments. Use Apple's Report a Problem service or contact Apple Support.
Where is my progress stored?
Practice and listening history are stored locally in the app container and may be included in your Apple device or iCloud backup, depending on your settings. Deleting the app removes its local container; copies retained in backups remain subject to Apple's controls.
Help us reproduce the issue
Include the app version, iOS or iPadOS version, device model, the word pair involved, and a description of what happened. Do not send payment details or other sensitive information.
